Very comfortable, had everything we needed and friendly and helpful host (Sandra.) We particularly appreciated the luxury toiletries and the snacks - Very nice touch. Great breakfast.

A beautiful villa with great views of the city on a popular tree lined street. An easy walk up to Ponsonby to shops and cool cafes ! Also walking distance to viaduct and city. Greeted like a friend and made to feel at home and comfortable, a quiet and lux place to stay’ Delicious breakfast, all the food we like. Thank you Sandra and Doug .. a special place ! :)
