The apartment was well laid out, with a centrally located bathroom, which was spacious. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. It has a nice north facing balcony accessed from the living area and main bedroom, which we used regularly as the weather was sunny and warm. Both bedrooms were a similar size, and both had queen sized beds, which were very comfortable, with nice pillows. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with a pleasant north facing street aspect, giving nice natural light. We had no need of heating or air conditioning during our stay. The laundry area in the bathroom had a good sized washer and separate dryer. The swimming pool and gym area were great, and the kids were in there every day. There are convenient parking options very close by (just below and across the street) for longer term parking, however I was able to park in the street for cheaper, as we were often able to secure street parking, which was free after 6pm, and we left for various activities before 8am. A liquor store, convenience store are located very close by on K Rd, and there are a couple of great restaurants which are only a 1-2 minute walk away.

Great size apartment. Enough to have some downtime in between activities without being on top of each other. Bathroom was great! Nice modern kitchen! Onsite gym was a nice bonus!

Lovely apartment. Great to have the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms so the bedrooms were nice and private. Lovely to sit in the rocking chair on the balcony in the evenings. It was very clean and tidy with all the usual amenities. Easy to find and easy to get in, very detailed instructions were very clear. It’s a great location for the city and a few minutes walk to 3 good restaurants (2 more casual, one a little fancier).

Very tidy place. Handy to downtown Auckland and Ponsonby was easy to walk too.
