Location was outside the really touristy areas, so the beach in front of the property was all for us - it was tidal, but very nice on high tide. We could go to interesting places that were not far from this location (e.g. Fairyland beach, Anse Capucins trail, we went as far as Anse Soleil just by public transport). Nice spacious accommodation, all amenities we needed (including gas stove). Nice veranda. Nice garden - palms, breadfruit trees, etc. The host was very helpful and cared about guests' safety and good experience. Clean also thanks for hosts' attention to that aspect of things.

The owners were absolutely lovely and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The gardens, and especially the collection of orchids, were beautiful There were land crabs at the back of the property which added a level of interest. Beach was right across the road, along with a supermarket next door and several restaurants within easy walking distance. Off street parking also provided and a bus stop really close to the property.

The owners and the stuff who run Petit Baie Chalets are very friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations to which beach to go and when. Lovely place to go to eat and try to answer to all our questions. They have magnificent garden, some lovely turtles which the kids love to visit every morning, and more.
