I always stay at UH FLAT Signature whenever I’m in Daegu, and there’s a reason for that. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable – it’s one of the few places where you immediately feel relaxed after arriving. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. Everyone is very kind and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ms. Jayeong Heo. She is always incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality make every stay feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find service that is both so professional and so friendly at the same time. Because of that, UH FLAT Signature has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the Daegu area. Highly recommended!

The location is great, close to many restaurants and Hon-Atsugi station. Room is decent in size, there is even a small wardrobe there, which is good. There’s no iron, but I kindly asked for it at the reception and they gave it to me. Room was cleaned every day (trash bins were emptied, bed was arranged, sink in the bathroom was cleaned). They would even turn on the humidity-regulation device, so I would have a nice air when I arrive, which is really kind. Staff was kind in general. Despite some minor flaws, I would still recommend staying in this hotel.
