The staff were excellent - very helpful when checking in and showing me around the hotel. The view from the room was simply gorgeous and it was easy to get to and from the hotel (I attended a concert at a nearby venue, maybe 10-15 min walk from the hotel).

The high floors and the views of the ocean and lake. The rooms were really spacious and well equipped and cleaned well. The checkin process was seamless.
