Pool was not as good as expected - hotel is a bit worn down and they do not clean and clear every day - room next to me had ordered room service and the returning tableware and tray and food scraps was left ouside my door for 2 days

The property was conveniently located very close to State Farm Arena we could easily walk there, which made everything so much more enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly nice and attentive throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Morris, who went above and beyond to help us when we were distressed about our luggage not arriving from Amsterdam. His support truly made a difference. We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to India for assisting us during the unexpected situation with my medical contact lens falling into the sink. And a major thank you to Habib the plumber he truly came to the rescue and made the impossible happen! Lastly, we deeply appreciated the warm service from Winnie at the restaurant. Her attentiveness added a special touch to our experience. Thank you to the entire team you made our stay so much more comfortable and memorable.
