From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I was blown away by the design and use of space. Reine was at the check in desk was super lovely and helpful. She kindly upgraded my room when she learnt it was my birthday! My room on the 14th floor was AMAZING with incredible views of the city. And though it was by the highway, I barely heard the noise and had a very good night's rest the four nights I stayed there. The hotel rooftop was also a selling point for me and I enjoyed the interesting characters I met there as well as the hotel restaurant bar including other guests. It is also opposite the Lennox mall which was handy for shopping or grabbing a quick bite when the restaurant wasn't opened.
