Wow! Tranquil stay with massive comfortable bed and room, warm and friendly host and fantastic views from the room. Can't fault our stay, it was like spending time with our favourite relatives.

The host Jenny was so welcoming, lovely and genuine, its so refreshing compared to a chain hotel stay with better value. Breakfast was exceptional. Superior double room was very spacious with a big bathroom. All the facilities expected were there. I highly recommend staying here, as you will be very well looked after.

Lovely hosts and very caring when I was ill. Allowed a later departure time. Very much appreciated. The location is beautiful with a lot of history attached to the house and ruined Abbey in the grounds. Beautiful lake with nesting swans. Huge room with sofa and large comfortable bed, overlooking the lake. Huge separate bathroom (bath and shower) for use with that room. Masses of towels. Good cooked breakfast. Wonderful to have the peace and tranquility.

The host was super friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and perfectly cooked! Let's not forget the view out of the bedroom window was amazing!! Will definitely be back x
