Our stay at Regina Studios was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Eleni and her warm, welcoming family made us feel like part of their home. Their attentiveness and kindness added a personal touch that made our experience truly special. The studio itself was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. We were greeted with thoughtful provisions — fresh coffee, milk, cheese, bread for toast, jam and biscuits. The kitchen had everything we needed, from a kettle and coffee percolator to a toaster and full set of utensils, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The setting was absolutely idyllic. Nestled among fir trees with a forest just behind, the property offered a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view across fields to a majestic mountain blanketed in conifer and fir trees. Mornings were best spent on the veranda with a coffee in hand, and evenings were perfect for unwinding with a drink. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature, with the warmest hospitality and all the comforts of home, Regina Studios is the perfect choice.

Clean, everything you need. Nice garden. Warm welcome from the host and her family. We treated us with delicious local products, like wine, cookies and honey😍 Lovely peaceful location in nature. I still miss the sound of the crickets and the goats (with their bells).

We have stayed here for the past couple of years in September. The accommodation is in the perfect setting. Beautiful views of hills, lovely place to sit outside and chill. It is within easy walking distance to one of the nicest beaches on the island and two nice tavernas. The owner is very generous with supplies, home made wine and ample bedding, towels etc. She is one of the nicest Greeks we have ever met and that is saying something because most Greek people are friendly.

Very quiet, clean and nicely equipped place in a secluded area with a lot of shade - perfect for holidays if you prefer peaceful stay. The house has four apartments, each with private entrance and a small table at the porch. Small sandy beach with two restaurants are in a walking distance (less than 1 km) down the road. One needs a car to get there - the nearest town (Atheras) is 2 km up a steep road. Beaches (like Petani) are also reachable solely by car. For self-catering you definitely need to do shopping in advance since there is no shop in the vicinity. GSM signal is (very) weak, but the WiFi is very good. The host cared a lot - we really felt like special guests.
