The price was very appealing. Sergei is very welcoming. The location is outside of the center, you have a couple of restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets.

The gentleman,who received me and took me to the apartment was very friendly,he gave me a mini tour of the area, where the supermarket,and best restaurants are,and the apartment was very neat, despite the fact that there were other tenants everyone mind's his business and it's very quiet,the only downside is the kitchen it will need a little upgrade,I will highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Athens and I will definitely 😁 see you soon.thank you

I booked for two nights and extended to stay for a third night. Really great little place to stay. There's very little to complain about. It's in the process of being modernised but I quite like the character.

A great little place to stay. Nice private room. Shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It's a little tired but that doesn't particularly phase me. It has character. Location is good. Clearly there are plans to regenerate and then it will become much more expensive to stay in this area of Athens. It's very well located but the closest metro is around 15 minutes walk and with bags it was more like 40 minutes but I would not let that deter me. There are places to park for those driving and the bus stops nearby. I've stayed in lots of places in Athens and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
