The manager remembered me from a previous visit and accommodated my needs automatically before I even got to the hotel which was a welcomed surprise. The customer service was great, staff very knowledgeable and super keen help, room clean and bed comfy!

The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, even managing to rearrange things when I had to change my travel plans at the last minute. They were polite, professional, and always on hand to help, which was genuinely appreciated. The breakfast wasn’t the healthiest, but it was sizeable, tasty, well presented — and included! :)

Ok for transit, easy access from the highway but still quiet despite the proximity to it. Interesting concept for the room service breakfast.
