The hotel would kindly request that all children are supervised by an adult at all times. The Hotel Grande Bretagne is a non smoking Hotel therefore smoking is not allowed in the rooms, bars, restaurants or any public areas of the property.Guests are welcome to check-in at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am, though the hotel is pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half day rate will apply. For check-outs after 6pm, a full day rate will apply.Hotel Grande Bretagne participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.Please note that free WiFi is available in all rooms with a limit on data usage.Please note that pets are only allowed in the guest rooms. Superb traditional five star hotel, impeccable staff, perfectly situated for sightseeing (easy walk to the Acropolis, other sites, shopping and restaurants, adjacent to the parliament building.

Loved the view from the room. Loved the view from the roof top bar and breakfast area. Loved the attitude of all the staff who were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again one day in the future.

I love every time I stay at the Grande Bretagne. Its an exceptional hotel in the heart of Athens and was even more special to stay there this time on Christmas Eve. The breakfast on the rooftop is phenomenal. The spa facilities are gorgeous. The staff is always extremely helpful. It is pure luxury and I look forward to staying there again .

Location was amazing. Acropolis is walking distance. Shopping is walking distance. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were so kind and accommodating. The view is great - especially during the change of the guards on Sundays. The butler was also very helpful and got all of our dry cleaning sorted with a quick turnaround.
