The staff, the location. Everything is very good. Online photo are good representation of the actual room. You can ask the staff for additional supplies.

I rented an apartment on the 4th floor because I wanted a good terrace. As it turned out, the terrace was really amazing. And the apartment itself was also very comfortable and well equipped. I also enjoyed the neighborhood a lot. Facilities and coffee bars are close by and the city center of Athens can easily be reached by foot or bus. Communication with the owners was pleasant, too.

The communication with the hosts was great, Sofia and Flavia were prompt to answer and help us with anything we might need, also really warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed for our stay plus some nice welcome gifts. The AC was powerful enough, beds were comfy and the water pressure and heat were really good! We used their washing machine, iron and blow-dryer with no issues. There are a few markets nearby and lovely taverns/restaurants/cafes too frequented by locals. The location itself was quiet, except for one detail that couldn't be helped.
