The perfect place to relax. Great location: shops, bus stops, the beach, and cafes are all within a 1-5-minute walk. The spacious apartment is ideal for a solo stay or a small family. The furniture and appliances are in good condition and plentiful, and the bathroom is also very comfortable and in good condition. There's a comfortable mattress and a full set of bed linens and towels. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook, everything is high-quality and in working order. The owner is always available and happy to help; she's a very polite and wonderful lady. Around the corner from the building, there's a wonderful bakery with exquisite desserts, good coffee, and reasonable prices.

The apartment was very comfortable and functional. We have been on 22 of February in the coldest night of Athens with 2 degrees of temperature outside but with air-condition and heaters that are available, in 3 hours, the temperature in the house was very good. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, living-room and bedroom made our stay comfortable. The location is 5 minutes walking distance from the "center" of Vougliagmeni where there is plenty of choice of restaurants, cocktail bar and cafe bar. Just under the house there is a handy supermarket. The price is value for this fully equipped spacey house and for the high class area of Vougliagmeni where is located. For my needs, I haven't found something missing. When I return in the area I'll book for sure the same apartment.
