Clean, very spacious, HUGE wrap around balcony with unobstructed view to the Acropolis, although the external furniture is tired and could do with an upgrade. Excellent location for Metro, tram, buses etc. right outside the apartment block. Plenty of grocery stores, bakers, restaurants and coffee shops on the door step. Booking, communication and access instructions are good. Communication during our stay was fantastic. Any requests were handled very quickly. Overall the apartment is well situated, clean and generally comfortable. Sorting out the very minor issues mentioned would lift the reviews a lot higher. Mid March was ideal for tourists. Not overly busy. Weather was chilly, just our luck, but not enough to stop any visits to the numerous locations. Highly recommend using the Metro as it is very regular and very inexpensive. Most places are at most six stops from the apartment location. If arrivals are late in the evening, we used Booking.com to book an airport transfer. This was a private company and NOT the local taxis. They were excellent. Kept in touch as soon as we arrived and gave precise pick location outside the airport . Highly recommended and not too expensive considering it's around 30 minutes to drive in. We did use the Metro to return to the airport. Restaurants in and around the Monistiraki, Koukaki and Plaka are plentiful and very reasonably priced with a wide variety of choices.

Very splendid view of the Acropolis, open balcony for sitting around and a lot of space around the apartment. All facilities are available for use and good communication with manager of apartment.

I absolutely loved this apartment! I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family, and I’ll continue recommending it to everyone. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with tasteful décor and an unbeatable view of the Acropolis. Inside, each room stayed cool even during the heatwave.thanks to an air conditioner in every room. The huge balcony became the perfect spot for our late-night conversations it truly made every evening special. it was very convenient that both the metro and tramway stations were literally 10 steps away from the apartment, which made everything super comfortable. Also, the owner was incredibly helpful with everything and made our stay even more comfortable.
