The location is excellent, the room is very clean, fully equipped, and the host is very nice.

When I arrived to pick up the keys, they told me that the apartment had a problem but that I could stay at the hotel with breakfast included, without paying any extra, which was fine with me.The hotel is close to the metro and the facilities are comfortable.
