The friendly team at this characterful hotel made us feel welcome in Athens. We had a delayed flight which meant that I did not receive final check-in details until after arrival (it was easter), but this was not an issue, so the friendly night porter let us in. Front of house staff kindly arranged a tour for us with a local company without issue. Wifi worked excellent for us. It's location could not have been better. Metro and bus very nearby, and walking in the mainly built-up residential neighbourhood felt safe. Plenty of food choices nearby if you do not want to travel far. Family room was very well presented and larger than expected, even with it's petite balcony. More than enough clean towels and fresh water top-ups every day! Most surprising was the delicious breakfast! The arrangement was more than generous with a local bakery/brunch place, who kept us filled up with an assortment of eggs, yogurt drinks etc. from a set menu! This was a really lovely bonus and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed the lounge and balcony area in the hotel for an early evening drink every night and enjoyed our view of the Acropolis.

location and people who are working are quite nice. they were so kind and helpful. If there is a problem, they do their best to recover it

Great location and friendly and helpful staff members. Quite street but close to metro and Acropolis Museum and Plaka district. Lot of good options for breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and located in a nice calm neighborhood, next to the restaurants, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
