The hotel was exceptional. The staff, the location, the lounge area, provision for smokers, laundry, breakfast was always a highlight. The onsen bath on our balcony was a real treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I didn't use the main onsen on the top floor but I was told that it was a beautiful space and incredibly clean. This hotel and the facilities are better than The Shangri-La at the Shard in London, UK

The room was huge. Technology inside room was a nice surprise. The open air hot spring bath was the highlight for sure. Staff customer service was beyond expectation! Hint: get the free hotel taxi to and from Atami station. Walking involves alot of stairs which is effort if you have luggage.
