Very friendly staff. The room was a good mix of traditional and modern. The baths were amazing! The breakfast was a great experience and we even got a shuttle up the hill to the train station.

Food and hospitality was amazing. We stayed during the Atami Fireworks Festival and were given complimentary sparklers to use at the beach opposite our accomodation.
