Very nice small hotel in Aswan, recommended by Lonely Planet. Clean, modern, AC, no elevator, friendly staff. Important to know Elephantine Island, a UNESCO site, is a small island with NO roads and NO motorized vehicles. Sandy walking paths and carry your own luggage. Ferry to the island takes just 2 or 3 minutes, operates 24/7.

Breakfast is homemade bread, with egg and fig jam. If you eat at the guest house you get falafel as well and fresh mango juice. I don’t eat egg, so they obliged me with extra falafel. Another morning they got us breakfast ready to go

The location is good, near the Elephantine Island ferry. The room and bathroom were very clean. People who like to stay in a quiet place, this will be a very good choice.
