Everybody was super nice and helping They allowed us to have a "very early" check in (4hours before allowed), and asked us to wait by the pool, it was easy to wait there ! Upgraded rooms with amazing views.... Hôtel is in renovation, so i guess the rooms will be even better, but ours was already good, perfect view on the natural reserve.... They helped us to orgenise our way to airport for a fly that was at 6 in the morning.. provided us take out breakfast... with juice and water.... It was quite, for Aswan, it's rare ! Service was perfect and, i am sorry because i forgot her name, the lady that handles the clients, Is really doing it with efficiency and care ! Seriously, what can we ask more ?

Property was in a good location. Rooms were big, clean, serviced everyday and had great views. Food was decent but with limited choice from each of the restaurants. Breakfast was perfect with lot of choice. Prices were reasonable, much the same meals across all. Christeen from the guest relations was superb and went over and beyond to make our stay feel special. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stunning views and location, free boat from port, charming staff, good breakfast, nice grounds, loads of flowers, very colourful, ok pools, good AC.

Pyramisa Isis Hotel is beautifully located on an island in the Nile in Aswan, offering a peaceful and scenic setting—an ideal choice for travelers who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city streets. The room allocated to us was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the Nile, which made the stay especially enjoyable. The natural surroundings and calm atmosphere truly enhanced our experience. The staff were kind and welcoming, with special appreciation for Christeen, the Guest Relations Manager, who ensured we were well assisted and that all our needs were taken care of throughout the stay. The hotel also benefits from an excellent Wi‑Fi connection, which is a real plus. Small drawback:The hotel is partially undergoing renovation, and some noise could occasionally be heard.
