The hotel is in a fabulous location on the river - there is a free boat to and from the hotel 24/7. The staff are friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are clean. The hotel taxi company were amazing!!! We used them for an airport collection, day trip to Abu Simbel and transport to Luxor. Mostafa, Ahmed and Gerges in particular were great!

Wonderful location, gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Very helpful staff it help us find a lovely room. Easy access by boat to the mainland.

The facilities are very luxurious. The room are very comfortable with a big balcony. There is a regular Boat free transfer from the island to the city docks. The gym is good and the swimming pool is big and very pleasant. The breakfast is very good.
