Please note there is free transportation between the Hotel and the city center (Citymax Aswan Hotel or Plaza Mall) and vice versa to be requested one hour in advance before the requested time.The Aqua Park facilities are open from 01st of April till 30th of September each year from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
The Aqua Park facilities are closed from the beginning of October until April each Year.

The staff were all extremely nice. We had a family room which worked very well for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids really enjoyed the slides and wave pool. It was good value for money. We were given complimentary late check out which was very helpful.

Really modern, fresh and nice rooms. Although its location is far from city center, they offer free shuttle bus transport to and from the city. Nice breakfast.
