Our stay at La Terrace in Aswan was absolutely wonderful. The property boasts a beautiful view overlooking the Nile and the charming city of Aswan, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. One of the best aspects of La Terrace is its convenient location — it's just a short walk from the ferry that connects Aswan from outside KFC to the West Bank, making it very easy to get around. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant and restful stay. We were especially impressed by the host, who was incredibly helpful and an excellent communicator throughout our visit. They made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend La Terrace to anyone visiting Aswan!

Lovely place to stay, peaceful and quiet. Easy to get ferry across river and we were met by Mohammed who showed us to La Terrace. Beautiful veranda overlooking the river. Great location for walking around the island and exploring the beautiful village. Wonderful cafe next door with great breakfast.

La terrace is a very nice guest house right off the ferry on elephantine island, the most beautiful spot in Aswan. The location allows you to quickly reach the centre as well as explore the surrounding attractions by boat. The room was clean, a patio is and nice. The terrace was beautiful, overlooking the Nile. We had a very relaxing stay also thanks to Mohammed who was always helpful and friendly. He will help you arrange day trips to further places like Philae or Abu Simbel, as well airport transfers, at reasonable prices and with good people. The breakfast at his aunt’s place (the house next door) was excellent and fairly priced too. Highly recommend!
