The room was great. Very clean, compact en-suite. Had a kettle, tea & coffee and a plate of fruit which was a lovely touch. The young man on reception was excellent. Very polite and helpful. I requested a hairdryer and one was delivered to my room within minutes!!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. It offered a truly exceptional experience and is fantastic value for money. Five stars all around! I will definitely be staying here again

Nice hotel located in a central area close to shops and the Nile river. Staff was very friendly and helpful specially when having some issues with our tours operator. Breakfast was complete with international and local options. The room was very tidy and clean, thanks to Rasha who kept our place shiny and bright 🙌🏻. Definitely would choose this hotel for a next stay.

There some real positive aspects of this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and could speak English well, and the location was excellent, with a short walk to the corniche and the old markets. We felt safe and comfortable and the pace was not as frantic as Cairo for example. The room was clean and there was a narrow balcony in which to view the goings on in the street. Breakfast, which was included, was simple but satisfying.
