Hapi Hotel has been the only honest hotel in Egypt so far. their food prices match the local prices, they are written on their menu, I used the laundry service, very professional and the price was just right, thank you front desk for your beautiful smiles.

The manager and staff were very kind and attentive and spoke good English. The room was very clean and had a terrific view from the balcony of the nearby pyramids. The rooftop dining area provided an amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. Also the price was very reasonable and very good value for money.

Staffs were nice, tried their best to give us a room with less noise. I understand the building was old, and locate in the city centre its really hard to block noices from the street. Breakfast was simple, staff there were very kind.
