Booked last minute due to having to leave the hotel we were supposed to be staying at as it was truly awful, booked the CityMax explaining what had happened and not only was their communication fantastic but due to having had a horrible experience at the last hotel they kindly upgraded us to the Executive Suite free of charge! What a lovely gesture that was. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, AC and the view was the best you could have in Aswan! Looking right over the Nile, just perfect! If you book here you will not be disappointed, it's a guaranteed great stay and we were so grateful after such a bad experience at the previous place! Thankyou CityMax!
