Extremely helpful staff. The two Mahmouds there went out of their way to track down and retrieve our luggage including numerous phone calls and trips to the airport. Amazing views over the Nile. Good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice, with a very good view of the Nile River, and it was very clean, has good restaurant service and at an affordable price. They prepared breakfast box for us when we needed to leave very early. We had an external tour to Abu Simbel and the hotel was kind enough to send us to the tour with a person from their security team to take care of us.

View, size of the room, we had a living room! Single beds were big enough, place was quiet. Right in from of the ships.
