It was a brand new apartment though not the one we actually booked. The host did give options to either choose this or the original one and this was good enough. The location was little off the main road viewing the Nile but yet very happening amidst the markets, close to the Nile and easily accessible.

Fantastic location in the heart of Aswan overlooking the Nile & cruise ships & never a dull moment between the local market. Excellent WiFi ,SATALITE TV, WETROOM, Air con & friendly helpful locals & owner with easy transport connections to anywhere.
