Please note that the entrance is located on Dostyk Street, on the right from TezTour. On the 1st floor dial 199 on the intercom next to "VipHouse Astana" sign. Use the elevator to get to the 37th floor.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Really nice and calm room with a view over Astana. Had all the amenities needed, even a refill water station!

The view was absolutely fantastic! We stayed in the Africa room, and it faced the Baiterek Tower. We chose our breakfast the night before from a set menu, and it was delivered to our room in the morning. The staff were friendly and patient with us, using Google Translate as we knew limited Russian. The location was amazing, walkable to everywhere. We thought we had excellent value for money.

The hotel is close to the main centre with easy access for attractions, transport and food The rooms are theme based and very well designed The view from 38th floor window give a romantic view of the full city from airport to the hotel The bless is also the Moon during the night just to view from the bed

The view from the window of 38th floor. But remember it's not easy to get to the hotel area as you need to climb up a floor with your luggage without any help from hotel staff. Hotel reception is at the 38th floor so you need to reach by yourself. And no support from hotel staff for water and tissues.
