I absolutely loved the place. My room was huge and comfortable. The mattress and pillows I’d like at home. The staff were wonderful and I ate a meal at all 3 restaurants which I would not normally do. The food was superb in all 3. Breakfast was exceptional. I would go back to Astana just to stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was definitely the SPA center. The massage was professional and relaxing, and the sauna is just "wow" one of the best I’ve experienced. The hotel offers several dining options with multiple restaurants on-site, which is very convenient. As a nice bonus, there is even a barbershop right nearby, which was a great unexpected find! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for relaxation and quality service. I’ll definitely be returning!
