It was clean and man working there was super friendly. Its basic but great location and very comfy bed. Really! Price is fair and this what You got for this price is mote than good.

This was my second stay. I arrived late, and tired, on a cold and rainy night. Imagine how pleased I was to be effusively welcomed and shown ino a spacious room, with the heater already turned on and so nicely warmed up! The hosts are lovely people who sincerely care that their guests are welcome and well looked after. I'll be back!

Rose Art is well located in downtown Astana, surrounded by mini markets, supermarkets and shopping of all kinds, and a selection of eating places and bars. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are comfortable, with fridge, kettle, air conditioner and good bathroom. Reception is friendly and efficient. Room rates are very reasonable. Overall, excellent value for money.
