Everything was good - nice staff, comfortable rooms, bed, gym and sauna area. Everything is new.

I was given a junior suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in the 'older' part of Astana and so a taxi ride from the newer part of the city but it was quiet and had a couple good restaurants and bars nearby for the evening. Also, by UK standards, taxis are much cheaper and the drivers booked through the Yandex app more reliable than Uber. The staff were very helpful - in particular Akmaral, who helped with my restaurant booking.
