I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Astana. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service from Kristina and Akmaral. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Even when there was an issue with the Wi-Fi, both of them were proactive in trying to resolve it and offered helpful information about the city. Their warm and attentive approach truly stood out, and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

The room was large, plenty of space and had a fridge. It was nice to have 2 bottles of water in the room. Some of the staff were nice and friendly, one member was very helpful and helped us book taxi’s when our Yandex app didn’t work.

This place is a true gem, I’m so happy I stayed here! The interior is like stepping back in time, room is spacious, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated, good air conditioning, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever had during my many travels (!). Room and bathroom were also very clean, modern shower with quickly heating hot water. Breakfast was simple but you can choose some varieties and was plenty in quantity.
