I liked everything, capsula was spacious and comfortable, but best part of this hotel/hostel were people who work there! They're some of nices ppl you can meet, and they'll make your stay there very pleasant. Also guests were all friendly!

This is a great hostel. The position is very central and convenient, these capsule beds are very cute, private and comfortable, the environment is quiet at night and very clean, the kitchen has everything you need and bathrooms are more than suitable. But the biggest surprise for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Aina. She made me feel safe and comfortable, it felt like being in a family home rather than in a hotel. I highly recommend this beautiful place, it was definitely the best hostel in Kazakhstan for me.

I arrived in the middle of the night, which was no problem as they have 24h reception. With the help of google translate the checkin is easy - also without russian. The capsules are comfortable, beds are comfy and everything is clean. It was quiet also at daytime. Bathrooms are also fine and big enough.
