Very helpful in organising a taxi to the airport at a good price. Good breakfast. Payment by Visa card was also possible without problems.

Very quite location, nice and warm rooms, close to old railway station and "old" Astana. They also let me check in very-very late.

Location along way from most tourist attractions, and few nice restaurants nearby. Odd situation in the middle of a block with no paved roads to door - shoes got muddy. No lift

Very polite and helpful staff, received a delivery for me even before I checked in. Breakfast was included. All facilities were present and in good condition: shower, wifi, fresh sheets & towels, 24 hour access, nice view, AC- can't complain.
