Very modestly priced hotel for the quality and size of the rooms and its location (by Bayterek Tower). Dressing gown, slippers and toiletries provided. Helpful staff. Happy to recommend. Would stay there again given the opportunity

The hotel is centrally located, right by Bayterek Tower, which makes it easy to get around. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, so you can easily sort food and essentials. The room was spacious, clean and most importantly very warm, which is exactly what you want when it’s -25C outside. Overall, very good value for money. Reception is available when needed, the staff were friendly and helpful and luggage storage is available. Breakfast isn’t included, but that wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again.
