- Hotel is relatively NEW and kept CLEAN. - No noise comes in from the outside street thanks to the height. - Abu Dhabi Plaza is just within 10 mins walk, and Starbucks coffee is inside there and also nearby, so there will not be any inconvenience for shopping. Hotel is located just between Bayterek at Nurzhol street and EXPO Park, both are within 20~30mins walk, so it's a good base for walking around the city. - Response time from the hotel staff over the message on Booking.com is QUICK. They try to support as much as they can. In my case, they helped me a lot on immediate needs to complete washing my clothes within AM. - Sunset view is a bit nice if you can get the room looking at western side. - Wi-Fi was working smoothly.

On the positive side: the staff in the restaurant is very friendly, the bed in the room is comfortable, the hotel has a good location - close to the center. There is a grocery store next to the hotel; the reception area is beautiful, there is drinking water; The restaurant is cozy and has a beautiful view of the city.
