The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. It is a nice little hike into the small town below which had all the essential things: pharmacy, butcher, bar etc. Located about a 30 minute walk up hill is a farm: Azienda Agricola Alpe di Megan that sells excellent cheese. The host is very responsive and helpful with instructions and self check-in. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen which has the essentials. My husband and I were in the Lake Como area for work and this will surely be a place where we will gladly return.

Excellent location, perfect to explore the area of lake Como. The owner is very nice and welcoming, always available for all of our questions. Not to mention the excellent value for the money we paid.

This was a good budget (kind of, compared to others) base for us in lake Como area in a lovely athentic rural area. What beautiful views from the window over the valley! Close proximity by car/ easy access & short drive to the main well known places & lots of attractions & activities (Bellagio, Como, Lecco, both sites of Extreme Park, lakes / boat hire, canyoning, georgous towns, as well as Asso town centre itself). We were 7 people so used up the sleeping places well, inc. 3 in the living room, - the apartment could fit us all ok. Well equipped kitchen & bathroom, all the extra towels & bedding etc were available at ready. The host Ruggero is very responsive & replies immediatley with lots of useful information, links & googlemap locations. Recommended!
