For our almost three-week trip in Italy, Mauro's home was one of those that left the most positive impressions and memories for us! The independent apartment on the second floor of the house has everything you need for a short or long stay! The air conditioner worked well and managed to cool around him. Clean bathroom, well-stocked fridge and wide selection of coffee! A beautiful and well kept garden where the pool and sunbeds next to it were an added bonus. During the hot day, our two kids didn’t get out of the water for two hours.

Pleasant stay and fair price. The host is super nice and easy 🙂 The location is perfect to visit the main towns around. Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto are just less than 30 minutes drive from the place.

The location is really tranquil, but also convenient for both Assisi and Perugia. The apartment is comfortable and has a lot of quirky details. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We warmly recommend staying here.
