Staff are very hospitable and helpful in all respects. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Outdoor sitting area excellent. Breakfast menu is varied but high on carbohydrates.

The staff was nice and professional and the service is fine. The room was functional and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The hotel is well located just outside the ZTL zone of Assisi. Parking was tight but manageable.
