Good location. The owner and his wife were very kind, generous, amenable and work hard. The place had a nice atmosphere.

Excellent location being with a car, parking available. Staff promptly helped us in any inquiry we asked. Breakfast was not expensive (5eur) and had plenty of options. They also provide gluten-free and vegetarian options for dinner. Check-n and check-out were easy and fast.

Beautiful view from our bedroom window. Hotel happy to look after our luggage whilst we visited the Basilicas of St Francis and Claire. Quiet location high in Assisi and close to the link bus from the station. Excellent breakfast.

Handy to last Assisi bus stop and a number of churches (the opposite end of St Francis Basilica).
