The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us tips for days out, helping us arrange taxis and being really flexible about breakfast times. The breakfast was fantastic, always with a perfect mix of different kinds of food. The thick greek yoghurt was a highlight, as were the delicious overnight oats. Assos bay is 2 minutes away and is calm, beautiful and a great place to swim and paddle board. The sea view from the balcony/ poolside is incredible - looking out towards Myrtos beach.

Everything! The property was beautiful, with the nicest view I have ever seen and everything there was kept spotless. Our service from the owners was outstanding, they were so helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay. Aside from the view, one of the best parts of our stay was how peaceful it was and the team at Kanakis made the stay so enjoyable, even bringing us wine on our first day and breakfast to our door. When I am next in Kefalonia, I am 100% staying here!
