We booked this room in an "emergency sitaution" as we had booked a hotel in this region which did not meet our expectation at all and fairfield rescued us. Spacious rooms, probably the best value for money in Japan and a lot of great details (like metal water bottles). Highly recommended

Beautiful comfortable big and relaxing room. Best we’ve had in Japan. Comfortable bed and pillows. The communal dining area was great with a coffee machine that you can help yourself to free of charge at anytime. The recommendation of East’s restaurant was also very good and just around the corner. This hotel is in a great location opposite the station, tourist information. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if in Aso.

The room was spacious and nice, the bed was big and comfortable, the location was so near the train station. It was nice to have a communal space with table, chairs, sofa, and where they provided drinks, microwave, instant miso soup, etc.
