Please note that cheques are not an accepted method of payment.Towels are not included in the cottages but are available at an extra charge. Please note that for guests in the Cottages: beds are made on arrival and kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning, city tax and heating charges (during winter) are included in the price. A baby cot is available on request, if reserved before arrival, at an extra charge to be paid on arrival. Breakfast and a self-service bar are available for an extra charge in July and August. We don't serve dinner.Please note that for guests in the rooms in July and August, the breakfast buffet is included in the price.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Wonderful location, beautifully presented gite and the owner was friendly and welcoming. The games barn and pool were loved by my children. It's a perfect place to relax for adults. There are also plenty of things to keep children occupied. Stunning location in the heart of the countryside but within easy reach of fabulous beaches and local towns like Cognac. Highly recommended.

Welcoming and helpful host, the property is beautiful, in the middle of the countryside, but a short drive from St Jean d’Angely. Our rooms were in the main house: we had a family room with a double bed and two single bed, perfect for a family. Breakfast was nice and served in the courtyard/ garden. Great for kids, with lots of games and toys available, including a small playground and a swimming pool!

Wonderful property full of character in a peaceful location. Ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway or unusual overnighter. Lovely gardens and swimming pool terrace to enjoy. Also a great selection of table top games in the barn. We loved our room with its high ceilings and modern French styling. Our host was great - friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Access to the communal kitchen a bonus when staying in the main house. A great choice whether you are travelling as a couple or with friends and family.

Great find for rustic and pretty accommodation. Outstanding facilities for children: trampoline, play areas, pool, table games, etc etc. Welcoming host who made the stay comfortable. Filling breakfast to start the day right. Countryside views.
