Good location, near the C RER station Les Gresillons (20 min to the center). Also having a kitchenette helped us a lot! Very friendly stuff.

Exactly as seen in image, very clean when entered. Afternoon reception staff is also great. proximity to REE C is unmatchable.

Although situated outside Paris, it is within less than 5 minutes away from the RER C, that takes you directly to Tour Eiffel, Louvre, Orsay, Notre-Dame in 25-30 minutes. Also, there is a good supermarket (Diagonal), 3 bakeries (La Madeleine and Les Gallo Pains) and plenty of restaurants (I recommend Le Verdoyant), plus a fresh produce weekend market. The room itself is big (especially for Paris), clean, comfortable, quiet, with a nice bathroom and shower, TV, fridge, kitchenette, comfortable bed, large windows. We even had 2 bottles of water, which is always welcome. Everything was very good, I would definitely stay here again. I would like to point out that I had no mosquitoes in the room, although i have read many comments stating this fact, and i travelled in June.

The property location is great in my opinion as it's in a more quiet and cute neighborhood, outside of the busy Paris center offering a nice and peaceful location to rest before embarking on trips around Paris- also very close to a metro station
