Pallavi and Jeev were really helpful with the check-in. Everything was well-explained and super easy. I was looking for a place near Heathrow as my flight had been cancelled & rebooked to a very early time on Sunday morning. 32 is in striking distance from the airport, very easy/affordable to get from there to Terminals 1,2, 3. So location is excellent. Even though I arrived late (10 pm), getting into the house was no problem with the code. The room was extremely clean, all the amenities were there, bathroom had a good shower. WifFi was good. I was very happy with this stay.

Both front door and bedroom door had codes so I didn't have to worry about losing a key. The room had a kettle, fridge freezer, iron and washing machine which was very handy to have.
