Room was large, laundry great, breakfast fantastic a little out of town, but a massive supermarket down the road with great hot and cold food supplies so everything was perfect.

At first, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. However, when we pointed this out, we were promptly moved to another similar room without the cigarette smell. The staff responded quickly to our concerns, which we appreciated. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few hairs on the bed sheet. Everything else worked properly.

We have stayed here several times and are always very pleased. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and this hotel is such a great stay for the money. Super location. The staff are friendly and very professional. The breakfast in the lobby is good for a light meal before you face your day. Nice area for dogs in the back of the property. Pool is clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping...and of course, Biltmore!
