The Upper School House was an exceptional stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated (very recently), immaculately clean with every possible amenity needed for a weekend or much longer stay. The host Adrian met us at the gate and instructed on how to enter the property, he then showed us indoors and around the apartment. High vaulted ceilings, huge open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and two well appointed bedrooms, both ensuite. All with wonderful underfloor heating. I would definitely stay again. Also, location was excellent for exploring Dartmoor.

We loved our stay at the Upper School House. The property has been finished to a very high standard and was absolutely spotless. Both bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds- it was also so nice to have ensuites for both rooms. The location was perfect - right in the heart of a lively town with plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful house and hope to return again someday.
