Location was beautiful, a true get away place to relax and unwind. Walks starting at your door step or just sit with a drink in the garden and listen to nature. Only 6 miles to Ashbourne so not far to go for a shopping trip or a coffee

The food was good, and the pub is very popular with diners. The evening menu was very different and may not be to everyone’s taste. Staff were great and every dogs needs were catered for.

The staff and the standard of food in the restaurant are what really make this lovely bed and breakfast. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this beautiful corner of the world.

A wonderful pub in a lovely location , the staff were all super helpful and friendly , room was cosy yet spacious and well heated , great shower room too ., Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast the next day . Loved the view across fields with lambs frolicking . Highly recommended accommodation .
