What a fantastic stay. Really special property in a secluded location with wonderful countryside around. Even saw the hares most mornings and pheasants, too. Lovely, lovely host who was very welcoming and could not do enough for you. Beautifully presented Welcome Pack upon arrival, so if you are late, no need to worry about breakfast, including milk in the kitchen. Just right for 2 people with plenty of space. Lovely bedroom and spacious bathroom with good shower. Our host, David was there to bid us goodbye at the end of our stay. The location is well positioned for outing into the Peak District and Staffordshire with Derby just a few mile away. It was very good value and we would definitely stay again.

Super friendly host. Property has been furnished to a very high degree, with no corners cut. Quiet, private & beautiful setting. Could not recommend more.
