Excellent communication with Jazzy, lovely choice of fresh cream cakes waiting for us from local bakery, a great touch. Space, location, facilities in kitchen, comfort, log burning fires x 2.- Close to an excellent pub, so quiet we all had a lie in. Plenty of parking
