Relaxing hotel - with super-helpful staff. Amazing veggie breakfasts. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The hotel is near a main road, but the glazing blocked out the sound. The room had superb air-con. Really quiet and meant we had a great night's sleep, even in very hot weather.

Staff very polite, asked for specific room location which was honored and I was phoned with confirmation. Excellent food. Air conditioning in room.

We had travelled down from scotland at the last minute, we arrived late but the man at the check-in made us feel very welcome. In the morning, Christina was our server for breakfast she went above and beyond despite being really busy and also went the extra mile. The original room we had was a bit noisy so Aina the receptionist had accommodated us and we moved rooms, she also helped us with our restaurant booking for family we hadn't seen for a while. Caroline in the restaurant was fantastic, food was great, lovely relaxing atmosphere we left late, but she was still really friendly and definitely didn't rush us despite it probably being well after her shift! Grounds are amazing, and it was dog friendly despite us leaving him with family
